Under Harris' leadership, the BOE Jacksonville team has been the #1 branch in the entire organization for nine consecutive years -- even gaining #1 market share in Northeast Florida in 2020 according to both CoreLogic and Zonda.

Daniel Halvorsen, Area Manager at Bank of England Mortgage has been in residential mortgage lending for 12 years. Prior to moving into management, he was the #1 loan officer in Northeast Florida four consecutive years and a Scotsman Guide Top 100 lender. His unique approach to referral-based marketing has resulted in personally funding over 800 million in loan volume. Daniel is a graduate of Jacksonville University and lives in Atlantic Beach with his wife, Amy and daughter Josephine.

Charlie Walker has over 20 years of production experience and 3,000+ performances under his belt; including opening for Tim Reynolds, Donovan Frankenreiter, Edwin McCain, Jusin Nozuka playing for John Travolta, and sharing the stage with Jimmy Fallon. He was voted best musician in Jacksonville FL, where he resides, 5 years in a row. His love for performing and producing music has now led him into the rapidly growing podcast industry. With a lifetime love for storytelling, Charlie is excited to play a part in sharing people’s inspirational “One More” stories on a national platform.
